Resident Rates are discounted fares Norwegian Cruise Line opens from time to time to residents of specific states on selected sailings. When one is available it takes a percentage off the voyage fare; non-commissionable fares, taxes, and port fees are excluded.
A few things worth knowing:
- Eligibility depends on your state of residence, and the cruise line may ask for proof.
- Offers are capacity-controlled and limited to selected ships, sailing dates, and cabin categories.
- Which states and sailings qualify changes regularly, and an offer can be withdrawn at any time.
- A Resident Rate is not always the best price available. We will check it against our military and veteran discount and book you at whichever comes out lower.
