⚠️ IMPORTANT PAYMENT INSTRUCTION
Be sure to MANUALLY ENTER the amount you want to pay — otherwise the full balance due will be charged.
If you skip this step, it can take weeks for the cruise line to refund the difference.
Please double-check that you entered the exact amount you want to pay.
  • You can use this secure form to pay your deposit or any cruise payments. If you’d like to use more than one credit card, just submit a separate form for each. You must call us to use a gift card!
  • Please note that most cruise deposits are non-refundable. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll be happy to confirm the rules for your sailing.
  • Final payments are usually due 75–120 days before your cruise, depending on the cruise line.
  • Once a final payment is posted, cancellations may result in penalties up to the full cost of your cruise.
  • If you’re using a debit card, check with your bank in advance to pre-authorize the charge. Many debit cards have daily spending limits that could block the payment.
  • Your card will be charged directly by the cruise line (not our agency). If you’d prefer, you can always make your final payment by phone at 866-964-5482.
  • After making a payment, please confirm with your credit card company the next day that the charge was approved. Sometimes a declined payment doesn’t trigger an alert to us.
  • If a payment is for your final payment and it doesn’t go through, the cruise line may cancel your reservation and your deposit could be lost.

Remember, be sure to manually type in the amount you want to pay, or the full balance due will be charged and cruise lines take up to 4 weeks or more to process refunds!

Please note: If you are paying for a VIKING cruise using ACH bank payment, you MUST CALL US at 866-964-5482 to make the payment. Please do not use the payment form which is ONLY for credit card payments. Thank you!
