  • You can use this secure form to pay your deposit or any cruise payments. If you’d like to use more than one credit card, just submit a separate form for each. You must call us to use a gift card!
  • Please note that most cruise deposits are non-refundable. If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll be happy to confirm the rules for your sailing.
  • Final payments are usually due 75–120 days before your cruise, depending on the cruise line.
  • Once a final payment is posted, cancellations may result in penalties up to the full cost of your cruise.
  • If you’re using a debit card, check with your bank in advance to pre-authorize the charge. Many debit cards have daily spending limits that could block the payment.
  • Your card will be charged directly by the cruise line (not our agency). If you’d prefer, you can always make your final payment by phone at 866-964-5482.
  • After making a payment, please confirm with your credit card company the next day that the charge was approved. Sometimes a declined payment doesn’t trigger an alert to us.
  • If a payment doesn’t go through, the cruise line may cancel your reservation and your deposit could be lost.
