How to transfer your river cruise to us
1Contact the cruise line directly. Call your river cruise line (numbers below). If you haven’t booked yet, ask them to place a hold on the sailing you want. If you’ve already booked, have your confirmation number ready.
2Email us your confirmation number once the cruise is on hold. We’ll apply the 5% military discount to the fare the cruise line gave you. Include the passengers’ names and dates of birth, and your home address, in your email.
3Prefer we handle everything? Call us at 866-964-5482 and we’ll take care of the booking from start to finish.
Important: Always call or email us with your confirmation number before your final payment is due. Once a booking is paid in full or inside the final payment window, cruise lines generally won’t let it transfer. Bookings made through another travel agency can’t be transferred, and each line has its own transfer rules, so contact us as early as you can.
