On MSC, dining is ALWAYS on request and never guaranteed. Fantasica cabins get priority over Bella cabins but are still NOT guaranteed times. Buffets are always open at mealtimes if you do not want to eat at the time you were assigned.

Travel insurance gives you protection if you have to cancel after final payment due to illness, injury, death in the family, redeployment or revocation of leave and gives you medical coverage during the cruise.
