Today’s Special Deals on Costa Cruise Line Include:

  • We have an exclusive low rate on all Costa cruises.
  • Your Costa cruise can include a drink package — we have a special low rate on that too.

Costa’s Military Discount

Costa does not offer a standard military rate. However, they do have a special Interline rate on select cruise dates, which they allow Military Cruise Deals to use exclusively for our military customers.

The Interline fare is normally reserved only for airline employees and is far below all other rates — so it’s a significant benefit that we’re allowed to apply it for our military families. Often the Interline rate is hundreds of dollars below Costa’s other fare codes.

Costa also allows us to offer military families a reduced deposit of only $100 per cabin.

For those reasons, Costa earns an A+ from us for offering military and veteran families special pricing and benefits. And even without an additional military discount from the cruise line directly, Costa will often be the lowest-priced option for the itinerary you want.

On top of all that, we add our own military discount from Military Cruise Deals to every Costa ship and sailing. Our booking engine is configured to apply this discount automatically — so feel free to compare our rates to Travelocity, Orbitz, USAA, Expedia, Vacations To Go, or the cruise line directly. We’re always less. Contact us for assistance or book online.

Costa’s Pricing Options: My Cruise or My Drinks

Costa offers a pricing model that lets you choose between a base cruise price or one that includes a drink package. If you plan to drink anyway, the drink-inclusive price is typically good value. The “My Drinks” price includes everything in the “My Cruise” price.

Military Spouse Reviews of Costa

Heather Stinson

We just returned from our third cruise. This was our first time on Costa (the Diadema). I originally booked because I received a phenomenal deal, but then was skeptical because of things I had read online. I will tell you, most of the negative things I read were WRONG!

Firstly, we are a family of five, so our previous experience was with two cabins. Costa’s cabin for five was a HUGE selling point, and it worked so well for us. We had an oceanview room with two upper bunks, and they rolled another bed in. The cabin also had two bathrooms — one with a toilet, shower, and sink; the other with a bath/shower and sink. It worked perfectly (our two teenage girls like to primp).

The staff on board was very helpful. They weren’t pushy about services, but if you needed something they did everything possible to help. Booking excursions was easy — the ship had multiple kiosks where I could choose and print tickets.

The food was good — typical European cruise fare, on par with our previous experiences. Hot breakfast in the restaurants every morning, and a euro breakfast at the buffet. Every night there were multiple dinner options and the restaurant food was delicious. Every night there was a show, and every day there were events to keep cruisers of all ages entertained. My teens liked the teen club, and my five-year-old had a great time in the Squok Club.

Overall, Costa is an excellent value, especially for those who don’t want to spend a fortune on a memorable experience. When booking our next cruise, we won’t hesitate to go with Costa again.

My husband and I with our 2-year-old went on a cruise with Costa exactly a year ago. It was our very first cruise. I’d read negative reviews but we still went for it because we were given an awesome deal — and I was so impressed from day one!

We were on Costa Deliziosa and had a blast the whole time. We didn’t even want to debark! The food was great — buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus sit-down restaurant dining. We did formal dinner almost every night and were treated like royalty by our designated server. Our room was cleaned and immaculate every time we returned. There were live shows and programs every day. My daughter even got to meet Peppa Pig and have lunch with her!

The only thing I’d suggest improving is the ticketing line process for some onboard activities. Overall it was an amazing experience — we always recommend it and can’t wait to sail Costa again.

We just returned from Costa Diadema — our first cruise ever with any cruise line. I had set my expectations low because of all the negative reviews. Without a doubt, this cruise was great!

The food was delicious — the buffet had a big variety of Italian and European dishes with fresh fruit. Sit-down dinner was a nice selection of finer dining and it all tasted great. We did one excursion in Marseille — the Aix en Provence walking tour — and explored all other ports on our own. Every port had information booths with maps and some had last-minute tours available.

The staff was very helpful when you needed them, and never pushy. The ship was super clean — I saw deck crews cleaning throughout the day. It is a full European cruise experience, which you should expect since you’re cruising in Europe. I would cruise with Costa again in a heartbeat.

A Costa cruise starts with a Buon Viaggio celebration, ends with an Italian street festival, and includes all sorts of Italian touches in between — including tossing pizza dough at Italian cooking classes. That’s amore!
